A standard unit fits most single-restroom needs: a foundation pour in Washington Fields, a fence-and-frame stage in Little Valley, a backyard gathering in Bloomington Hills, or a short trail work day near Snow Canyon. It's the right call when you need one reliable toilet and don't need a hand-wash station, a deluxe flush unit, or ADA-width doors — those are separate services with their own pricing. The trade-off is capacity: a standard unit is sized for light-to-moderate daily use, so a 20-person crew running long days on a Desert Color lot may need a second unit rather than stretching one past its service interval.

Placement matters more here than the unit itself. Lots in Stonebridge and Sun River often have loose, sandy fill that shifts under a unit's base if it's set on a slope or near a wash line — we set units on level, compacted ground and stake them when wind or grade calls for it, which keeps a lightweight unit from tipping on windy afternoons near open desert lots. Subdivision addresses in newer sections of Winchester Hills and Desert Color change or don't show up on GPS yet; when you give us the lot number, cross street, or builder's plat reference instead of relying on a mapped address, delivery lands on the right pad the first time.

Summer service intervals shift too. From June through September, units placed in full sun on a Green Valley or Tonaquint job site get serviced more frequently than the same unit in shade near Bloomington's mature trees — heat accelerates odor buildup, so we plan the service schedule around sun exposure rather than a flat calendar date. That's a local call, not a script.

Rental length is flexible: single-day event rentals, weekend rentals for a gathering near Tuacahn or Entrada, or multi-week rentals tied to a framing or roofing phase on a residential build. Whatever the length, the $150 minimum applies to every rental regardless of how short the job runs.
